When the store opened it was a disaster--poor customer service. Over time and new managers, the store has become a fun place to shop. Only problem I have with the store was with Husky tape measure I bought that promised me free replacement when it failed--mine failed--no replacement. I don't suppose that's home depot's fault, but I'm not buying Husky tools ever again.

It's always a pleasant experience when shopping this Home Depot store!

Associates at the Ada store are always friendly and go out of their way to see if they can help us find the things we need in order to finish our projects.

We love this store because associates always go above and beyond to help us find the products we need.

Great store i shop and buy a lot there.....just wish I didn't have to drive 20 miles...

The people who work here are always friendly, helpful, and know their product. Doesn't matter whether I am there for screws, lumber, paint, plants, or lawn mowers, I can always get help and advice.

Didnt require assistance this trip, buying fans at the end of summer not a big selection of what I wanted, will try in early spring.

The Ada Home Depot has the friendliest employees that are always willing to help you find what you are looking for.

I handed the employees 5 5gal of paint to be mixed, that was on 8-6-2017. Due to a problem with the mixer I was asked to come back the next day to pick up the paint. I was assured the paint would be ready. I had already paid for the paint. When I went in to pick it up, not only was it not ready but no one knew anything about it. Went to get more paint to be mixed and they did not have enough to fill the order I had already paid for. Now it will be next week around the 13 & 14 before they will get more paint in and they are sure if the paint I want will be on the truck. So I'm hoping that the paint comes in someday!

The Home Depot store here in Ada, Oklahoma, I will have to say that this store is kept clean and the shopping experience is always awesome. and when looking for a product I'm the type of person likes to look around the store and when a associate will see me they will always stop to say can I help you find something ( I have never been in The Home Depot here in Ada that has never happened ) The manager must be doing a awesome job training the associates. Let me say it this way you can go in to Wal-Mart here in Ada and you will always (Most of the time )have a person that will greet you at the front door and that person is old school ( older Generation ) a smile on their face, welcome to WM. But most of the time when your standing and looking for something the younger generation they will just walk right by you and never speak ( can I help you find something, or how are you doing ) I have in the past talked to a manager about this and the old saying (in one ear and out the other ear) the older generation will speak to you, even checking out this happens. I'm not saying that all young people do this what I'm saying I don't remember ever going to a The Home Depot here in Ada or out of town that the Associates don't speak to you and that is because someone is training and doing their job. It starts with training and the young people at The Home Depot are being trained to respect your customers and I'm not saying that the older generation doesn't need training but it does make a difference when you come in to any store that someone cares about you and that the reason the door stays open is because someone is spending money.

The store is usually well stocked, if they don't have it, they will try and find it for you. Everyone is always helpful, courteous and very nice. I have been doing some DIY on my house (beginner), so I need lots of advise. I love Home Depot! :)

Have always been met with friendly staff. Mostly knowledgeable to project needs. Store stock is limited in selections. However I realize it is a smaller store than I am formerly use to shopping in bigger cities. I appreciate free store pickup of online orders.

Thanks to Home Depot, I saved thousands of dollars when my family and I took on the rebuilding of our homestead. I have a beautiful home now and I appreciate all the time and patience the employees took with us on the year and a half project it took us to complete it.
