We shop here a lot. At least once a week for house items. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is always easy to navigate around & not cluttered.

I have to say your Employee Phoenix in the paint department at the Davie store on University Dr is a wonder asset to your company! He went out of his way to help me when I was having a very rough day and greatly appreciated him!

The 3-Light Vanity Fixture from Hampton Bay just right for our bathroom.

I went looking for some roof patch and contact cement the gentleman directed me exactly to the aisle I needed to go to. I was in and out of the store in five minutes.

The employees need more training and education

These two ladies in customer service are incredible. They are knowledgable, kind, polite, diligent. This Home Depot customer service is consistent in its excellence. These two on a horrible return I had went beyond the distance to help me. I appreciate them so much.

No one to help at the store. Spent more than 20 minutes waiting for someone who could take off the theft deterrent for a Kohler kitchen faucet that was affixed to the shelf. And there were barely any customers at the store then.

Matthew L @ the service desk took the time to show me the items I needed, as well as giving me advice on using the cleaning solution. Above & beyond service 10/10

I’m glad I stopped by this store, I have a hard time finding this wire & Matthew L helped me a lot at finding it & as well as ordering more and having it sent to my job site. I’m very pleased with his style of customer service 10/10

I ENJOY GOING TO THE DAVIE LOCATION THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY NICE THE GENTLEMAN WHO WAS CHECKING OUT CUSTOMERS HE IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL HE ALWAYS ASKS ME IF I WANT THE PLANTS IN A SHOPPING BAG I TELL HIS YES JUST IN CASE IT TIPS OVER IN THE CAR AND SPILLS

Sandy at the customer service counter made sure we got everything we were looking for. She asked another associate to meet us where we couldn't locate a specific item. After going back to customer service dept, Sandy placed a special order for us. The product arrived 2-days later and it was exactly what we needed to complete a project.

Love that they are still serving hot dogs outside haha

I was helped by a gentleman ( Matthew L ) @ the service desk, he turned my frown upside down 😊 he informed me on a money tree I’ve been on the hunt for & by surprise he was able to locate the plant for me & told me tips on maintaining it. That was going “ above & beyond & im so pleased

I needed to get a couple of 2 x 4s from top bin. Employee decided it would be a good idea to bring me a ladder so I could get them myself instead of him doing it. Huge liability issue if I had gotten hurt. Customers should never be on ladders.

If you ever happen to stop into this location, hopefully you get to meet Matthew! He is very kind & knowledgeable, you’ll be very impressed.

I came in the store with a complex return & needed to purchase items as well. I was blessed by a Mr Matthew L @ the customer service desk. He went above and beyond to take care of me with my returns & my purchase. He’s very kind, & knowledgeable of the store & the products, I’m VERY impressed. Kudos to him, he made my experience one to remember:)

My fiance and I went to home depot to buy cement needed for a project and to look for the viral Christmas tree. While we were looking for the tree Danitza asked us if we needed any help and we told her that we were looking for the T27 tree. She went above and beyond to find if this store had any in stock. Even called multiple stores to see if they had the matching inventory count. She was able to place one on hold for us at a different store. She really took her time with us and was the one that offered to call multiple stores to see if any had the tree available. We were able to get this sold out everywhere tree at a different store thanks to her.

Appliance was available and both staff that assisted me was AWSOME.

This store Pro Team is Amazing, Amanda and Ivan work so well together and help us Pro to the best of their abilities. Please continue to keep them happy to stay working here.

Cashier Dabelys was very helpful to get me signed up for military discount

Today Dora, the Cashier near the Lumber area was extremely helpful and courteous!!! She put a smile on me after been frustrated with the disarray in which the interior doors were located.

9/26/23 I never had customer service at the level that I had on this day. Shakira Walked me around the store helping me find multiple items that I brought and a few others that I will buy in the future. never rushing me and never making me feel anything othered than a valued customer. She is an asset to your company you should be happy to have her as an employee because she seems to love her job and the customers she helps.
